Exuberant Praise

Worthy of exuberant praise
Your name I will lift up and raise.
Father, I don't want to be shy
when I should shout and magnify.

Emotions may cause me to weep,
but I'd much rather jump and leap.
My joy is finally complete
as the old story I repeat.

Lift me up to the highest height
Oh Thou my soul's redeeming light.
May I give the praise You deserve
and do it with unrestrained verve.
