wear each day upon my wrist.

fitness tracker for my life
It's
number one on my wish list.
This
fitbit would work on my heart
to
remind me to watch what I say,
speak
gently with words of kindness
to
those I pass by every day.
LORD
you are my fitbit of change
the
one who for help I beseech.
My
soul needs your warning signal
to
show love and grace through my speech.
