When Hope Appeared

Before Hope came my heart was blue.

When she appeared I did rejoice
.
This peace within my soul was new.

Before Hope came my soul was blue.

Then joy and praise from my lips grew

As Christ became my daily choice.

Before Hope came my heart was blue.
