Hudson Lost His Mustache
Hudson lost his mustache,
now where did it go?
Is it beneath his bed?
He’s looked high and low.
Hudson lost his mustache.
Now he’s very sad.
Give him a little clue,
he’ll be very glad.
Hudson lost his mustache,
Oh, where can it be?
It’s there on grandma’s lip.
At last he can see.

II Peter 1:5-7
For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness, and to godliness, brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness, love.

Going Home
I’ve
finally begun to enjoy flying – at least the part
where
the Captain’s voice comes over the intercom
saying:
“We are now making our final descent into
Oklahoma
City.”
I
am afraid of heights and still can’t make myself
look
out the window when we are taking off, but
there’s
something thrilling about knowing I am
almost
home.
I
look out the window and see windmills and land
that
looks like a patchwork quilt. I see rivers and
then
houses.
Finally,
I see the lights on the runway. Then I
wait
for it … the plane touches the ground and I
am
home.
At
67 I know I am getting closer to the time when
I
will get to my eternal home. I am looking
forward
to hearing my Father’s voice at last as
He
says: “Welcome Home.” That will be the most
amazing
homecoming ever!

Tangerine Sky
Tangerine
Sky
His
message in the sky said, “I love you”.
A
tender written love note for my eyes
He
painted tangerine and yellow hue
A
splendid sunrise of divine surprise.
His
presence made known in the sparkling dew
And
the bounty of blessings He supplies.
My
Savior died for me, He bore the nails.
His
fragrant off’ring showed how love prevails.

Remind Me to Rejoice
Remind
me when it rains – rejoice
During
unexpected storms – sing
To
always listen for your voice
In
raging winds cling to my king
Give
me eyes to see in darkest night
In
thunder’s roar may I feel your power
May
my mouth praise you with delight
For
you’re my refuge and strong tower

Quack, Quack, Waddle, Waddle
Waddle,
waddle down the street they go;
Two
mallard ducks walking in a row.
Listen
to them quack, What did they say?
Maybe
they asked if you’d like to play.
Oh,
how they love sitting in the grass,
Watching
the people as they pass.
Are
they making a nest for their eggs?
Please
stay here a while, my heart begs!
Off
they fly to a nearby creek
Where
fun in the water they seek.
I
hope they come again real soon.
Then
my hear would sing a joyous tune.

Do Not Fear (Song)
(God
says to us)
Peace
I leave you,
My
peace I give you.
Let
not your hearts
be
troubled, don’t fear. (John 14:27)
(God’s
children)
When
I’m afraid
I
will trust in you.
In
God I trust,
I
won’t be afraid. (Ps 56:3)
(God
says to us)
Don’t
be afraid,
I’m
always with you.
Take
courage child,
I’ll
never leave you.
(God’s
children)
When
I’m afraid
I
cry out to you.
You
answer me,
I
know I’ll be safe.

I'm Never Alone (Song)
I’m
Never Alone (Song)
Jesus
and me,
Yes,
Jesus and me.
Side
by side we will walk.
He
will never leave me alone.
It’s
my Jesus and me.
The
Two of us,
Just
the two of us.
Together
we will fight
any
battle that comes along
The
two of us will win.
Spirit
and me,
The
Spirit and me.
He
is my comforter
interceding
in prayer for me.
Yes,
the Spirit helps me.
God
waits for me,
Yes,
God waits for me.
As
the sunset appears
He’ll
be there to welcome me home
for
my God waits for me.

Fears Flee
I
hear a lion,
but
see a tiny kitten.
My
fears multiply
as
Satan whispers to me.
Fears
flee when gazing at God.

Over the Moon
Wind blows on my face
I
feel God’s embrace
He
and I are in tune
With
Him, I'll leap over the moon

In the Shadow of the Cross
In
the shadow of the cross
while
hand in hand we walk
I
will share my heart as we talk
in
the shadow of the cross.
In
the shadow of the cross
my
sin at last I see
your
precious blood has set me free
in
the shadow of the cross.
In
the shadow of the cross
I’ll
meet with You each day
and
from Your love I’ll never stray
In
the shadow of the cross.

We

Our

Our

His

(His

When
the storms arise
(storms

He

our shield and help
(shield

and
lights our path.

Refuge of My Soul
I
lift up my eyes to the LORD,
the
maker of heaven and earth.
Because
He’s my helper I will
not
fear what man can do to me.
I
seek my LORD every day.
He
rescues me from all my fear.
He
is the refuge of my soul
and
I pour out my heart to Him.
Jesus,
the lover of my soul
He
supplies every need I have.
I’ll
pray and thank Him no matter
what
– for that is God’s will for me.

Give Me Jesus
Give
me Jesus when I awake
May
my faith be real, never fake.
May
I by His side always stay
as
I read His word and obey.
Give
me Jesus now every hour.
He’s
my strong and mighty tower.
Whene’er
I need some help to cope,
remind
me that He is my hope.
Give
me Jesus throughout the night
until
the dawn brings morning light.
I’ll
thank Him for glorious grace
and
Holy Spirit’s sweet embrace.
Give
Me Jesus when my life ends
and
His angels my soul attend.
for
now and through eternity.
Give
me Jesus, Give me Jesus!

A Golden Life
My
life is like a golden treasure chest
running
over with gems of which I’m blest.
Memories
like diamonds shine in my mind.
Like
a prospector, gold nuggets I find.
Sixty-six
years of blessings, I confess.
Then
to God my gratitude I express.
He
has smiled and rained blessings all around.
Each
raindrop shines like a jewel on the ground.
If
I forget how good God’s been to me
I’ll
open up the treasure chest and see
all
the ways my life with gold is arrayed.
Then
I’ll thank Him for the love He’s displayed.
Each
day He blesses me with new treasure
which
bestows pleasures beyond all measure.
Precious
gifts He gives to me each new day.
My
Father knows just how His love to display.
The
best treasure I have is eternal life.
Where
I will be away from earthly strife.
Then
this blessed woman will walk streets of gold
and
my Father’s presence at last behold.

Learn to Dance During Life's Rain
At times we yearn for days gone by
when we were young, we'd never die.
No falt'ring steps, our legs were strong.
Nothing with our health could go wrong.
Our eyes now dim, we cannot see;
we cry "What has become of me?"
We strain to hear our loved one's voice.
Now hearing aids must be our choice.
We cannot dwell upon the past.
Live to the fullest while life lasts.
Our God still has blessings in store
before we reach that final shore.
Open our eyes so we can see
how to serve others, this our plea.
Help us not grumble or complain,
but learn to dance during life's rain.
when we were young, we'd never die.
No falt'ring steps, our legs were strong.
Nothing with our health could go wrong.
Our eyes now dim, we cannot see;
we cry "What has become of me?"

Beware of Those Little eyes
She’s
watching you
and
hearing every word you say.
She’s
watching you;
each
action, good or bad, you do.
Be
careful what you do today.
She’ll
imitate your foolish ways.
She’s
watching you.

Soaring to Paradise
I
soared above the cloudy sky
and
there appeared a charming land.
It’s
splendor no one could deny.
It
was not made by human hand.
Beauty
like an island of ice
whose
grandeur stole my breath away.
I
felt lost in a paradise.
I’d
venture there another day.
The
plane landed upon the ground.
My
feet are planted here for now,
but
I won’t always be earth bound.
I’ll
fly to there again, I vow.
To
soar above the world so high
and
see the glory there once more;
I’ll
take the chance again to fly.
Then
thank my God whom I adore.

Build a Bridge To You
I’ll
build a bridge to be near you.
In
Christ I’m new
I’ll
lay sweet planks
of
love and thanks
I’ll
sing to you a special song
my
whole life long
sing
Psalms to praise
Your
mighty ways
I’ll
read the Bible every day
I
will obey
to
You I’ll pray
Let’s
talk today
